What you need to know

• Please discuss any food allergies or special needs when booking your party.
• You may bring your own cake, however a $5 cake handling fee will be charged.
• Please remind all your guests to bring socks to wear on the play structure.
• No outside food or drink is permitted with the exception of bottled water and baby food.

No blowers, confetti or pop out streamers please.

Booking Your Party

• Bookings can be made online here, in person or by phone.
• Please book as early as possible to ensure that you get your preferred date, time and room.
• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm a booking. Cash, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. A receipt for your deposit will be provided.
• The deposit is non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled to any available date and time within a 2 month period if the booking is cancelled 7 days prior to the event.
• Bookings rescheduled within 7 days of event will forfeit their deposit.
• Party numbers can be changed up to 9am on the day of the party.
• No refund will be given for no-shows after the confirmation of numbers has been given.
• Booked cakes, platters or extras cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the event.
